What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.

Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?

Yes, every Gold Palace purchase includes a 12-month limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
